Products sent within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail's first class service. UK shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your order.
All shipping charges outside the UK are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary depending on country. In this case an advisor will contact you after your order has been received.
Shymala Ayurveda can accept no responsibility for the length of delivery time or non-delivery of orders when goods are dispatched using royal mail postage. Although we take great effort in supplying your products as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary. We will endeavor to dispatch all gift vouchers and product orders on the same day if the order is placed before 1pm. This only applies on normal business days excluding Bank Holidays.
An email messge will be sent to you as soon as your payment details are approved and a follow-up email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If any item in your order is missing or damaged when delivered to you, please contact us immediately and we will send instructions on how to return the products to us for replacement. We will carry out the replacement as soon as possible, and at no extra cost to yourself.
If you receive a different product to what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to exchange the product.
Shymala Ayurveda is happy to refund any purchase if you are are in any way dissatisfied with our products. Please return the products to us, together with a brief note explaining what you were dissatisfied with. We cannot, however accept returns of beauty products that have been opened or have had their safety seals broken.
Please note that all problems should be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order. We may not be able to help after this time.
